Purchasing Your Puppy:

We prefer payment via Pay Pal, check, or money order. We require at least $200.00 (non-refundable) deposit. Our prices do vary by breed. We ask $800.00 for both Great Pyrenees and Golden Pyrenees. The Golden Retreivers we ask $500.00. The cost of shots/worming, health certificate, and crate are included in the price.

Going to Their New Homes:

We prefer to fly out of Missoula International (MSO).
We will not fly one out until they are at least 8 weeks old no earlier, if not by then as soon as we possibly get them to you. Flying in the (continental) US will cost you at most $200.00. You pay the airport for the flight when the puppy arrives, yes the freight puppy is COD.
The Airlines:

The airlines have very humane rules for the welfare of the puppy. The air lines requests that the puppy has no food or water 4 hours before flight. This way the puppy does not get sick or make any other messes. We provide a travel kennel, health papers from the veterinarian, and food (upon request). The airlines may cancel if the weather is too hot or too cold or fog. We will notify you if this happens and reschedule the flight.
* Feel free to call the airport and find out where the Air Cargo area is. Sometimes it's tricky, but usually not.

Registration:

We will send your registration papers directly to you along with shot/ worming records. The health certificate will be attached to the kennel.

Shots/Worming:

They will be current when you get one. They receive two set by the time they are 8 weeks old. One set at 5 weeks and another set at 8 weeks. Your vet will need to continue the treatment. The shot is Duramone Max 5 containing: Canine Distemper-Adenovirus Type2 Coronavirus-Parainfluenza-Parvovirus Vaccine and Leptospira Bacterin. You will need to consult your vet to finish vaccination process and get rabies shot for your puppy.

Feeding Your Puppy:

We have started your puppy on Ol' Roy (High Protein). You can use whatever you choose. The puppy will eat anything as you will discover. Do not hold your puppy back from eating, unless you are potty training than take it away around 7pm. Remember this is a baby it needs food to grow.

House Breaking:

To be totally honest all our dogs are outside. They do come in from time to time but don't make messes. We have lucked out. However we have had just about everyone tell us that either it was easy training or ask if we trained it before it left. Remember puppies will have accidents their bladder is the size of a peanut. Take puppy to the "potty place"(Outside, backyard, do I really need to explain this?) when you think it's time. When puppy does go outside PRAISE! This is a good thing. But make sure it's done.

**Hint: Puppy may walk in circles, sniff the ground, or just start whining when it needs to go. **

Toys:

Give them anything that does not look like clothing, shoes, or food. If you give them one of those their goes your favorite shoes or shirt and socks (they love socks)! I like to give the balls and ropes.
Training Your Puppy:

Almost literally like training you child. Really! Never let puppy bite (not even when playing) or the new name will be Jaws Use the puppies name when calling and praising. Don't use it when punishing.  Just like kids!
